A booster seat is provided for younger guests. Best of all, with the high-speed WiFi, you can stay connected with remote work, social media, and emails.

Get the best night's sleep on new memory foam mattresses with protectors on all mattresses and pillows. Never miss out on your favorite show or streaming services, as Roku TVs are in every bedroom and living areas! Kids will love bunking down in the adult size Twin-XL bunk beds while watching the night light projector and falling asleep peacefully to the white noise machine. They'll also love spending time in the separate living area with a smart TV, bean bag chairs, and lots of board games.

The entire condo will be available to you. There is also a beach locker in the parking area full of chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, life vest, cart, and kids sand toys for guest to use. If something breaks please let us know so we can replace it for the next guest to enjoy.
Additional notes
• No pets are allowed.

• This rental is located on floor 1 but will have to climb a set of stairs to get there. No Elevators.

• Parking notes: All vehicles must have an approved parking permit visible through the windshield displaying condo unit number and contact phone number for 24-hr access. Only 2 vehicle parking allowed per condo. All vehicles in the bays (underneath the building) should be pulled completely forward. Per the HOA, no trailers are allowed
